Monday, Apple TV+ announced its broadcast schedule for MLB games through the end of June, all Friday evening affairs.
The Cubs will appear twice on Apple TV+ in that time frame: Friday, May 9 against the Brewers in Milwaukee (7 p.m. CT), and Friday, June 6 against the Tigers in Detroit (6 p.m. CT).
As has been the case in the past, these games are exclusive to Apple TV+ and won’t be seen on another broadcast outlet. I am aware that some of you aren’t crazy about this arrangement, but MLB has sold this package to Apple and, at least through the season’s first three months, we are talking about two Cubs games.
