Great American Ball Park will once again be converted into a golf course this summer, thanks to Upper Deck Golf.The event will take place July 17-19.For a second straight year, fans will have the opportunity to play a round of golf from inside the home of the Reds, with tee shots being hit from the upper decks throughout the ballpark and custom greens being on the field itself.Players will complete a 9-hole round of golf in a foursome around the ballpark. Each player will get balls, clubs and a scorecard to keep track of their scores around the ballpark.Standard PXG clubs will be available for players to use at each tee box, but guests are welcome to bring their own clubs (though no drivers or fairway metals will be allowed, due to safety purposes). Tee times will be available to be booked as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. on all three dates. Times will be offered in two-player increments, and VIP tee times will be available that offer an exclusive experience and additional perks, such as free entry into driving, chipping and putting challenges and complimentary food and beverage items.The round will take around 90 minutes. Players are asked to arrive about 30 minutes before their tee time.Rounds will begin and end at the clubhouse festival inside the ballpark which will feature music, beer, food and golfing challenges.Registration for tee times opens in early June, but fans can sign up now for early access.
