2025 NFL Mock Draft With Trades: Two Rounds

The 2025 NFL Draft is less than two months away. Many prospects saw their draft stock change following the NFL Scouting Combine. Meanwhile, teams have made moves preparing for free agency and the NFL. Therefore, let’s dive into my fourth mock draft of the year before free agency starts. This mock draft is a two-rounder with 11 hypothetical trades.

2025 NFL Draft Guide: Mock Drafts, Scouting Reports & More

2025 NFL Mock Draft With Trades

ROUND 1

*** TRADE ALERT ***

New York Giants receive pick 1. Tennessee Titans receive picks 3, 34, 2026 second-round pick.

1) New York Giants (via Titans) – Cam Ward (QB – Miami)

The top rumor from the NFL Scouting Combine was the Giants’ desire to sign Aaron Rodgers in free agency and trade up in the draft to select Cam Ward. While the Titans don’t get a future first-round pick in the deal for Ward, they stay within the top three selections and guarantee themselves a blue-chip prospect.

2) Cleveland Browns – Abdul Carter (EDG – Penn State)

While the Browns could draft a quarterback, many believe Cam Ward is the only one worthy of a top-five pick. Instead of reaching for a quarterback, Cleveland adds the top prospect in the draft class and a potential replacement for Myles Garrett.

3) Tennessee Titans (via Giants) – Travis Hunter (CB, WR – Colorado)

Tennessee decides to pass on a quarterback, opting to add a veteran in free agency. They move back two spots, acquire two significant draft picks and still land Travis Hunter. The former Colorado star would be the team’s top wide receiver or cornerback as a rookie.

4) New England Patriots – Will Campbell (OT – LSU)

Drake Maye had an impressive rookie season despite a lack of weapons and an awful offensive line. While Will Campbell won’t fix all of the team’s offensive line problems, he is a massive step in the right direction.

5) Jacksonville Jaguars – Mason Graham (DL – Michigan)

While the Jaguars have invested multiple first-round picks on their defensive line over the past few years, don’t be surprised if Mason Graham lands in Jacksonville. New general manager James Gladstone made it clear he wants to beef up both lines this offseason.

6) Las Vegas Raiders – Ashton Jeanty (RB – Boise State)

Some will call this a luxury pick, especially with the team having one of the worst quarterback units in the NFL. However, don’t be surprised if Pete Carroll makes Ashton Jeanty his new Marshawn Lynch and builds the offense around the superstar running back.

7) New York Jets – Armand Membou (OT – Missouri)

Last year, the Jets added Tyron Smith and Morgan Moses in the offseason. Both veterans are free agents and likely won’t return. Olu Fashanu will take over as the starting left tackle, allowing Armand Membou to fill Moses’ shoes on the right side.

8) Carolina Panthers – Jalon Walker (EDGE – Georgia)

The Panthers had one of the worst pass-rush units in the NFL. While Jalon Walker doesn’t have the same floor as Abdul Carter, the former Georgia star has as much upside.

9) New Orleans Saints – Jahdae Barron (DB – Texas)

New Orleans has several needs on defense, starting with the secondary. Paulson Adebo is an upcoming free agent. Jahdae Barron put himself into the top 10 conversation with his performance at the combine. He could play multiple roles in the secondary for Brandon Staley’s defense.

10) Chicago Bears – Shemar Stewart (EDGE – Texas A&M)

Many mock drafts have the Bears using their first-round pick on an offensive lineman. However, that isn’t their top need after trading for two guards this week. Instead, Chicago adds the biggest winner from the NFL Scouting Combine. Shemar Stewart has all the raw tools to turn into a superstar.

11) San Francisco 49ers – Kelvin Banks Jr. (OL – Texas)

While some might think the 49ers will draft a wide receiver with this pick after trading away Deebo Samuel Sr., the team has more pressing needs, including the offensive line. Kelvin Banks Jr. can start at left guard before moving outside to tackle when Trent Williams retires.

12) Dallas Cowboys – Matthew Golden (WR – Texas)

Reportedly, Matthew Golden has a real shot at being the first wide receiver drafted in April after his performance at the combine. CeeDee Lamb was the Cowboys’ only consistent threat in the passing game last season. Golden will change that as a rookie.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Los Angeles Rams receive pick 13. Miami Dolphins receive picks 26, 90, 2026 second-round pick.

13) Los Angeles Rams (via Dolphins) – Tyler Warren (TE – Penn State)

Last year, the Rams tried to trade up for Brock Bowers but were unsuccessful. Sean McVay doesn’t let that happen again and takes advantage of the second chance. Tyler Warren would be a huge difference-maker as a rookie in McVay’s offense, especially if the team moves on from Cooper Kupp.

14) Indianapolis Colts – Colston Loveland (TE – Michigan)

While Los Angeles jumped in front of them for Tyler Warren, the Colts will happily take Colston Loveland. The former Michigan star was a massive difference-maker last season despite an awful quarterback situation. Whether it’s Anthony Richardson or someone else under center, Loveland finally gives the team a superstar at tight end.

15) Atlanta Falcons – James Pearce Jr. (EDGE – Tennessee)

Unfortunately, the Falcons have needed pass-rush help for years. Despite spending significant draft capital to fix the problem, they still had one of the worst pass-rush units in the NFL last season. Hopefully, James Pearce Jr. can finally solve their problems.

16) Arizona Cardinals – Kenneth Grant (DL – Michigan)

The Cardinals have several upcoming free agents on defense, including four on the defensive line. Kenneth Grant would be a massive upgrade over Roy Lopez in the middle of Arizona’s defense.

17) Cincinnati Bengals – Tyler Booker (OG – Alabama)

Cincinnati released Alex Cappa earlier this week for salary cap space. However, the Bengals needed to improve their offensive line before releasing the veteran. Tyler Booker would be a tone-setter for a unit that lacked it last season.

18) Seattle Seahawks – Nick Emmanwori (S – South Carolina)

It’s been a busy week in Seattle with the team releasing several veterans, including safety Rayshawn Jenkins. Nick Emmanwori was one of the biggest risers from the NFL Scouting Combine. He will give head coach Mike Macdonald his new Kyle Hamilton.

19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Mykel Williams (EDGE – Georgia)

Unfortunately, the Buccaneers have struggled to rush the passer despite investing several high-end draft picks on the problem. Hopefully, Mykel Williams can finally solve the team’s problem, giving them a high-upside force off the edge.

20) Denver Broncos – Jihaad Campbell (LB – Alabama)

The Broncos don’t have any massive needs on paper. However, they have several smaller needs, including at linebacker, where Cody Barton and two others will hit the open market. Jihaad Campbell would be a dangerous weapon in Vance Joseph’s defense.

21) Pittsburgh Steelers – Will Johnson (CB – Michigan)

While many believe the Steelers will draft a wide receiver with their first-round pick, they haven’t selected a pass-catcher with their Day 1 selection since Santonio Holmes in 2006. Therefore, expect them to wait until Day 2 to add a wide receiver. Instead, Pittsburgh improves its secondary by pairing Will Johnson with Joey Porter Jr.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Seattle Seahawks receive pick 22. Los Angeles Chargers receive pick 82, DK Metcalf.

22) Seattle Seahawks (via Chargers) – Tetairoa McMillan (WR – Arizona)

Reportedly, the Seahawks will grant DK Metcalf’s trade request. The Chargers tried to trade for the star wide receiver last year, so expect them to be aggressive in trade talks. Meanwhile, Tetairoa McMillan would be an excellent replacement for Metcalf in Seattle.

23) Green Bay Packers – Maxwell Hairston (CB – Kentucky)

Green Bay has multiple cornerbacks set to hit the open market next week. More importantly, Jaire Alexander is a potential trade candidate. Maxwell Hairston significantly improved his draft stock at the combine, putting him into the first-round conversation.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

New England Patriots receive pick 24. Minnesota Vikings receive picks 38, 69.

24) New England Patriots (via Vikings) – Emeka Egbuka (WR – Ohio State)

While the Patriots would rather improve their wide receiver core by trading for a superstar, they might have to settle for a first-round rookie. Drafting a wide receiver with the fourth overall pick would be foolish. However, don’t be surprised if New England trades back into the first round for a pass-catcher like Emeka Egbuka.

25) Houston Texans – Josh Simmons (OT – Ohio State)

Unfortunately, C.J. Stroud regressed last season after an impressive rookie year because of the offensive line. Therefore, expect the Texans to be aggressive in improving their unit, especially with Laremy Tunsil being a potential cut candidate next year.

26) Miami Dolphins (via Rams) – Derrick Harmon (DL – Oregon)

The Dolphins have several free agents, including multiple starters. Furthermore, only one of the team’s five defensive linemen is under contract for next year. Derrick Harmon would be an excellent replacement for Calais Campbell, who could retire this offseason.

27) Baltimore Ravens – Josh Conerly Jr. (OT – Oregon)

Baltimore has multiple offensive linemen set to hit the open market next week, including starting left tackle Ronnie Stanley and swing tackle Josh Jones. Josh Conerly could start Week 1 protecting Lamar Jackson‘s blindside.

28) Detroit Lions – Mike Green (EDGE – Marshall)

While some believe the Lions could make a blockbuster move for a pass-rusher, they have multiple big-name players up for contract extensions this offseason or the next. Therefore, don’t be surprised if they find Aidan Hutchinson a pass-rusher partner in the draft rather than the trade market.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Cleveland Browns receive pick 29, 2026 first-round pick. Washington Commanders receive Myles Garrett.

29) Cleveland Browns (via Commanders) – Shedeur Sanders (QB – Colorado)

Yes, the Commanders just traded for Deebo Samuel. However, that won’t keep them from acquiring Myles Garrett if the opportunity presents itself. Meanwhile, the Browns pass on a quarterback with the second overall pick but stop Shedeur Sanders’ slide and secure their new franchise cornerstone.

30) Buffalo Bills – Darius Alexander (DL – Toledo)

Ed Oliver is one of the top defensive linemen in the NFL. However, the Bills have several defensive linemen set to hit the open market. Darius Alexander could be a first-round pick after an impressive performance at the NFL Scouting Combine.

31) Kansas City Chiefs – Grey Zabel (OL – North Dakota State)

Unfortunately, the Chiefs had to trade away Joe Thuney after placing the franchise tag on Trey Smith. They needed to improve the offensive line before the trade, especially after Patrick Mahomes got battered in the Super Bowl. Grey Zabel can play any spot on the line, giving the team options when setting their starting five next season.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Las Vegas Raiders receive pick 32. Philadelphia Eagles receive picks 37, 68.

32) Las Vegas Raiders (via Eagles) – Jaxson Dart (QB – Ole Miss)

Expect Las Vegas to sign a veteran quarterback in free agency like Russell Wilson or Sam Darnold, giving the team options with their sixth overall pick. However, don’t be surprised if they trade back into the late first round for Jaxson Dart, giving the Raiders their quarterback of the future a chance to sit this upcoming season before taking over in 2026.

ROUND 2

*** TRADE ALERT ***

San Francisco 49ers receive pick 33. Cleveland Browns receive picks 43, 99, 2026 third-round pick.

33) San Francisco 49ers (via Browns) – Luther Burden III (WR – Missouri)

The 49ers traded Deebo Samuel to the Washington Commanders. Meanwhile, Brandon Aiyuk could get traded while Jauan Jennings is heading into the final year of his contract in 2025. San Francisco jumps ahead of the Tennessee Titans to secure Luther Burden, whom many have compared to Samuel.

34) Tennessee Titans (via Giants) – Aireontae Ersery (OT – Minnesota)

While the Titans have spent their first-round pick on the offensive line in back-to-back years, the unit still needs work. Aireontae Ersery could start at right tackle as a rookie.

35) Tennessee Titans – Tre Harris (WR – Ole Miss)

After missing out on Luther Burden, Tennessee selects Tre Harris. Hopefully, he can turn into the team’s best wide receiver since trading away former Ole Miss superstar A.J. Brown a few years ago.

36) Jacksonville Jaguars – Darien Porter (CB – Iowa State)

Jacksonville had one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL last season. Darien Porter significantly improved his draft stock at the combine. The former wide receiver ran a 4.3 40-yard dash despite being one of the biggest cornerbacks in Indianapolis.

37) Philadelphia Eagles (via Raiders) – Walter Nolen (DL – Ole Miss)

While the Eagles were able to re-sign Zack Baun before he hit the open market, the team is unlikely to keep Milton Williams. Reportedly, Nolen is off multiple teams’ boards because of character concerns. Yet, Philadelphia has had no problem taking chances on players with potential red flags attached to them.

38) Minnesota Vikings (via Patriots) – Trey Amos (CB – Ole Miss)

The Vikings only have a handful of selections in the 2025 NFL Draft, so don’t be surprised if they trade back and acquire more picks. Unfortunately, they need massive help in the secondary, with four cornerbacks set to hit the open market, including a pair of starters.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

New York Jets receive pick 39. Chicago Bears receive picks 42, 146.

39) New York Jets (via Bears, Carolina) – Jalen Milroe (QB – Alabama)

Reportedly, the Jets are unlikely to draft a quarterback on Day 1, opting to roll with Tyrod Taylor as their starter in 2025. However, don’t be surprised if they draft a quarterback in the second round. New York trades a mid-round pick to jump ahead of the New Orleans Saints to select Jalen Milroe on the chance Kellen Moore sees the former Alabama star as his new Jalen Hurts.

40) New Orleans Saints – Donovan Ezeiruaku (EDGE – Boston College)

After passing on an EDGE rusher with their first-round pick, the Saints address the need early on Day 2. They have multiple pass-rushers set to hit the open market. Meanwhile, Cameron Jordan might not return in 2025 after totaling only six sacks over the past two years.

41) Chicago Bears – Omarion Hampton (RB – North Carolina)

Don’t be surprised if the Bears draft Ashton Jeanty with their first-round pick if the former Boise State star is still on the board. However, an excellent backup plan is to grab Omarion Hampton on Day 2 and pair him with D’Andre Swift, giving Ben Johnson a dynamic 1-2 punch in the backfield.

42) Chicago Bears (via Jets) – Donovan Jackson (OL – Ohio State)

Despite trading for two guards earlier this week, expect the Bears to use one of their top three picks on the offensive line. Donovan Jackson’s best position might be guard, but he can play left tackle in a pinch. More importantly, Joe Thuney is heading into the final year of his contract in 2025.

43) Cleveland Browns (via 49ers) – Cameron Williams (OT – Texas)

Cleveland’s offensive line isn’t what it once was a few years ago. Furthermore, the Browns have five offensive tackles set to hit the open market, including Jedrick Wills Jr., who might not return given his injury history.

44) Dallas Cowboys – Jonah Savaiinaea (OL – Arizona)

Zack Martin announced his retirement earlier this offseason, leaving the Cowboys without their best offensive linemen for the first time in 11 years. Jonah Savaiinaea played left tackle at Arizona but might be best suited to slide inside in the NFL.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Miami Dolphins receive pick 45. Indianapolis Colts receive picks 48, 115.

45) Miami Dolphins (via Colts) – Malaki Starks (S – Georgia)

The Dolphins flip the Colts a mid-round pick to move ahead of the Atlanta Falcons for Malaki Starks. The former Georgia star should be a first-round selection but could slide into Day 2. Meanwhile, Miami will likely lose top safety Jevon Holland in free agency.

46) Atlanta Falcons – Alfred Collins (DL – Texas)

Atlanta has multiple defensive linemen set to hit the open market next week. Even if the team re-signs a veteran or two, Alfred Collins would be a significant upgrade and pair well with Ruke Orhorhoro and Grady Jarrett.

47) Arizona Cardinals – Nic Scourton (EDGE – Texas A&M)

Last year, the Cardinals spent a first-round pick on Darius Robinson. However, he had only one sack as a rookie in six games. Meanwhile, their top sack producer was Zaven Collins with five. They need significant improvement in rushing the passer.

48) Indianapolis Colts (via Dolphins) – Shavon Revel Jr. (CB – East Carolina)

Kenny Moore isn’t getting any younger, while JuJu Brents has missed 67.5% of the games over his first two years in the NFL because of injury. Shavon Revel Jr. would be a first-round pick if not for coming off a torn ACL.

49) Cincinnati Bengals – Landon Jackson (EDGE – Arkansas)

The Bengals could end up trading away Trey Hendrickson this offseason. Meanwhile, Sam Hubbard announced his retirement earlier this week, while Joseph Ossai is an upcoming free agent. Landon Jackson could be the team’s top EDGE rusher as a rookie.

50) Seattle Seahawks – Quinn Ewers (QB – Texas)

While the Seahawks are unlikely to release Geno Smith this offseason despite potentially saving $31 million in salary cap space, the veteran likely won’t return in 2026. Therefore, don’t be surprised if Seattle drafts a quarterback with one of their first two picks, giving him a year to learn from the bench before taking over as the starter.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Baltimore Ravens receive picks 51, 85. Denver Broncos receive pick 59, Mark Andrews.

51) Baltimore Ravens (via Broncos) – Jayden Higgins (WR – Iowa State)

Baltimore general manager Eric DeCosta made it sound like Mark Andrews’ time with the team could be over this offseason, especially after Isaiah Likely‘s breakout season in 2024. Denver would love to have the veteran tight end catching passes from Bo Nix. Meanwhile, the Ravens have several upcoming free-agent wide receivers, allowing Jayden Higgins to make an impact early in his rookie season.

52) Pittsburgh Steelers – Xavier Restrepo (WR – Miami)

The Steelers could move on from George Pickens this offseason, especially with him heading into the final year of his rookie contract in 2025. Even if he returns, Pittsburgh lacks other options at wide receiver. Xavier Restrepo would be an excellent replacement for Van Jefferson, who is an upcoming free agent.

53) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Carson Schwesinger (LB – UCLA)

Lavonte David isn’t getting any younger and is an upcoming free agent. Even if the veteran returns in 2025, the Buccaneers need to look for his long-term replacement.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Denver Broncos receive pick 54. Green Bay Packers receive picks 59, 121.

54) Denver Broncos (via Packers) – TreVeyon Henderson (RB – Ohio State)

While the Broncos just traded down to acquire Mark Andrews, they could move right back up ahead of the division rival Los Angeles Chargers to draft a running back. TreVeyon Henderson might remind Sean Payton of Alvin Kamara, so don’t be surprised if he does everything possible to land the former Ohio State star on Day 2.

55) Los Angeles Chargers – Quinshon Judkins (RB – Ohio State)

Last year, J.K. Dobbins had a career season, while Gus Edwards had little impact. Edwards will likely get released before the start of free agency. Meanwhile, Dobbins could return if the price is right. Either way, don’t be surprised if the Chargers spend a Day 2 pick on their backfield.

56) Buffalo Bills (via Minnesota) – Elic Ayomanor (WR – Stanford)

The Bills signed Khalil Shakir to a long-term extension earlier this offseason. However, Mack Hollins and Amari Cooper are upcoming free agents and likely won’t return. Pairing Elic Ayomanor with Shakir and Keon Coleman would give Josh Allen three talented young wide receivers.

57) Carolina Panthers (via Los Angeles) – Xavier Watts (S – Notre Dame)

Unfortunately, the Panthers have several upcoming free agents in the secondary, including four of their five safeties. While Xavier Woods could return, Xavier Watts would be a significant long-term upgrade.

58) Houston Texans – Jaylin Noel (WR – Iowa State)

While the Texans would like to have Stefon Diggs back in 2025, the veteran will have a market despite coming off a torn ACL. Meanwhile, Tank Dell likely won’t play next season after suffering a significant knee injury last year.

59) Green Bay Packers (via Broncos, Ravens) – JT Tuimoloau (EDGE – Ohio State)

Last year, the Packers had 45 sacks. However, Rashan Gary was the only one with more than five, totaling 7.5 in 17 games. While JT Tuimoloau might not have enough upside to be a Day 1 pick, the former Ohio State star is one of the safest EDGE rusher prospects in the draft class.

60) Detroit Lions – T.J. Sanders (DL – South Carolina)

Detroit had awful injury luck last season, especially along their defensive line. More importantly, they have several upcoming free-agent defensive linemen. Pairing T.J. Sanders with first-round pick Mike Green and Aidan Hutchinson will give opposing offensive linemen nightmares.

61) Washington Commanders – Isaiah Bond (WR – Texas)

The Commanders traded for Deebo Samuel late last week. However, that shouldn’t stop them from adding a wide receiver on Day 2, especially given how lackluster their unit was last year. Furthermore, the team has only three wide receivers under contract for next season.

62) Buffalo Bills – Azareye’h Thomas (CB – Florida State)

There will be significant changes made to the Bills’ secondary this offseason. Rasul Douglas is an upcoming free agent, while Christian Benford is heading into the final year of his contract. Azareye’h Thomas could replace Douglas as a rookie.

63) Kansas City Chiefs – Elijah Arroyo (TE – Miami)

While Travis Kelce will return in 2025, the future Hall of Famer is heading into the final year of his contract. Furthermore, he has shown signs of decline for the second consecutive season. Elijah Arroyo didn’t have a ton of production at Miami but offers significant raw athletic upside.

64) Philadelphia Eagles – Benjamin Morrison (CB – Notre Dame)

Philadelphia spend their top two pick in last year’s draft at the cornerback postilion. However, the team still needs help despite hitting on both picks, with Darius Slay and James Bradberry IV getting cut this offseason.
