Sarah Snook mimics several Taylor Swift routines

In an interview with The New Yorker, Snook shared how the Grammy winner’s routine left a lasting impression on her.

According to Snook, she made similar sacrifices to Swift, such as giving up alcohol and caffeine to prepare for her one-woman show, “The Picture of Dorian Gray.”

“No alcohol, no caffeine. I sleep, sleep, sleep, sleep,” Snook said, adding: “And I recite my lines at a good pace on a treadmill, you know? I heard that [Taylor did it] and I thought, ‘That’s a great idea. I’m going to do it’.”

It should be noted that Swift, named 2023 Person of the Year by Time magazine, spoke to the magazine about how she physically prepared for her “Eras Tour“.

“Every day I ran on the treadmill, singing the entire song list out loud,” the pop star shared. “Fast for the fast songs, and jogging or walking fast for the slow ones.” In addition, Swift also devoted her time to individual training sessions with a strength professional at the Dogpound gym, where Swift and her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, were spotted in 2024.
