LEXINGTON, Ky. – As announced on Wednesday, two Kentucky swimmers have been selected to compete at the 2025 NCAA Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships.
Fifth-year Bridget Engel and junior Grace Frericks both earned invitations to the meet which will be hosted by Washington State University at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way, Washington. The meet is set to take place March 19-22.
Engel and Frericks both return to the championships for the third consecutive year. Engel is qualified to compete in the 100 and 200 breaststroke while Frericks has earned bids for the 100 and 200 backstroke along with the 50 freestyle.
