Inspecting for Damage: Reporting any damages or maintenance issues to management promptly. This could include broken appliances, plumbing issues, or damage to furnishings.
Maintaining Standards: Following company guidelines and standards for cleanliness to ensure that the holiday home meets or exceeds guest expectations.
Guest Interaction: Providing friendly and professional service to guests if encountered during cleaning duties, and responding promptly to any guest requests or concerns.
Flexibility: Being flexible with scheduling and willing to work during peak times, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff members, such as maintenance personnel and property managers, to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
