“Players can expect hard work and dedication to our values in order for the program to develop and achieve a winning mentality. This is through constant work on and off the field and holding myself to the highest standard. Players can also expect a coach who leads not only with a passion for the game, but also through the relationships formed throughout their time at Hastings,” Cottage added.
