How To Watch The Big 12 Wrestling Championships 2025

Conference wrestling championships are coming up, and signs are leading to the NCAA tournament, which will take place in about two weeks, starting on March 20.

The Big 12 will kick off their tournament at 11 a.m. ET on March 8 to determine which wrestlers will represent one of the best wrestling conferences in the country at the big tournament.

For the team portion of the championships, Iowa State won last year, winning its 18th conference title in program history and fourth in the Big 12.

Iowa State, Northern Iowa, and Oklahoma State have multiple wrestlers representing them with top seeds, as brackets have been released for all ten weight classes.

How To Watch The Big 12 Wrestling Championships

The first three sessions of the Big 12 wrestling championships will streamed on ESPN+ and then the championship round will be aired on ESPNU.

Saturday, March 8

  • Session 1: Preliminary & Quarterfinal Matches — 10:00 a.m. CT
  • Session 2: Semifinal & Consolation Quarterfinal Matches — 5:00 p.m. CT

Sunday, March 9

  • Session 3: Consolation Semifinals— 12:00 p.m. CT
  • Session 4: Finals — 8 p.m. CT     

*Doors open one hour before each session.

The 2025 collegiate wrestling season will come to a close with the 2025 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, set for March 20-22.

The event will take place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
