The offseason leading into 2025 was a busy one for the Revolution. Something that was confirmed on Friday when the league announced updated General Allocation Money for all 30 MLS clubs.
Thanks to a December 19th, 2024, release from Major League Soccer, we know the Revs entered the offseason with a staggering $5,585,931 worth of GAM, which ranked second behind Atlanta United’s $6,503,478.
With the Revolution’s record-breaking GAM trade with Inter Miami for Leo Campana, plus the other 13 offseason additions, the Revolution have $318,809 worth of GAM remaining, meaning the Revs utilized over $5.2 million of GAM to get the roster ready for the 2025 season.
The Revolution’s remaining balance of $318,809 ranks for the sixth-lowest remaining balance behind Colorado ($245,208), Nashville ($154,293), DC ($122,558), Cincinnati ($6,452), and the Galaxy ($0).
