COLUMBIA, Mo. – Six University of Missouri women’s swimmers punched tickets to compete at the 2025 NCAA Division I Swimming and Diving Championships, the organization announced. The competition will be held in March 19-22, in Federal Way, Washington.
The Tigers are represented in individual events by Zara Zallen in the 100 free and Karolina Bank in the 100 breast.
Zallen secured her bid at the Mizzou Qualifier, swimming a personal-best 47.87 in the 100 free, also setting the fourth fastest time in Mizzou history. The sophomore ranks 29th amongst NCAA Division I swimmers in the event.
Bank punched her ticket at the 2025 SEC Swimming and Diving Championships with a 58.99 swim in the 100 breast for a personal-best and the third fastest time in program history. The junior sits at 23rd against NCAA Divison I times in the event.
The women’s 200 free relay squad will also be traveling to Federal Way. The relay of Zallen, Grace Hanson, Katie Kuehn and Sierra Smith earned their NCAA A-cut qualifying time of 1:28.22 at the 2025 SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Sydney Bales qualified as a relay alternate.

Mizzou’s diving squad will travel to Iowa City, Iowa to compete in NCAA Zone Diving Championships March 10-12. Women’s NCAA Championships will be held March 19-22 in Federal Way, Wash., and Men’s NCAA Championships will be held March 26-29.
